BIS Digital customer support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm EST.
After-hours customer assistance is also available for system emergencies only. Calls placed to on-call support technicians are generally returned within 30 minutes. You will be prompted to leave a detailed message outlining your emergency. Please do not email for after-hours support emergency assistance, as emails are not available until the following business day.

Installation and Training
BIS Digital’s main objective is to deliver product to our clients with the least amount of workflow disruption. Once an order is placed you will receive a phone call from an installation coordinator to schedule your new system installation. Installation times will vary and are dependent on the complexity of your system. A BIS lead installer/trainer will work with the client’s network administrator or the person in charge of the account to ensure the installation runs smoothly. All users will then be given initial on-site training with related support materials. This on-site training will be scheduled in advance and all service will be performed by a BIS technician. At the completion of the training each user will be asked to complete a training checklist and will be signed off by the customer. Additional training will be available on-line at the user’s request.
